The local rep has been very helpful and professional in setting up our auto and homeowner accounts. I was a bit confused on the safe driver rewards program. Somewhere I thought I would receive a check every 6 months of accident-free driving. It appears that I am receiving reward points with which I can redeem for "stuff." Not so exciting for me.

I called and spoke with a gentleman at your office last month about delaying my automatic bill pay by ONE day. After he confirmed that it would be no problem at all, he said I would simply have to call on that day I wanted to make my payment. SURPRISE! The automatic bill pay STILL took place and left my family and I in a very bad financial position even after this individual assured me he took care of everything. I’m very disappointed that I was promised something and it wasn’t followed through with.

It took a month to get my car repaired after the accident...and then it wasn't right...THEN your raised our insurance over $800 per year... the accident wasn't our fault. If he hadn't swerved into concrete barrier wall on that extremely busy highway there would have been multiple cars involved....as that car came into our lane... the trooper said it wasn't our fault but your agent called it our fault.. I don't understand that! No ticket. No points Up till that point we were satisfied with your company

Louis told me I had to get a inspection before I could get x wind insurance . did that cost me$150.00 then he told me I had had to take out the small above ground pool. did that I had to pay some body to do that cost me $100.00. then he mentioned I had to tear the deck down that was around the pool, I asked him when this ends, he says we only have a few companies they deal with and that's their policy, I wished he would've mention that before I jumped threw all of the hoops and wasted money I suppose its a good idea to check around first I just thought I would use you guys since you had my auto policies. my bad I guess
