We purchased a home in SW Florida in 2009 and we have been working with Ted Todd for house and car insurance since then. The service is excellent and the agents are very responsive when we want to review our coverage. We are always kept up on storm related issues which is a conform. Insurance costs continue to go up but reviewing our policies has helped. Claudete has been helping us from Day 1. Ted Todd certainly deserves my 5 star rating.

Our home insurance with Tower Hill increased significantly. We worked with Sofia and Laura to find the right coverage we were comfortable with. Yes, it was still a little higher than last year($100) but I do realize that the cost to rebuild has increased. We are grateful to have them as our agents! This was my first year of Florida auto insurance. I have over 50 years of driving insurance in Canada. My initial quote was $1900.00 for six-months. Ted's people worked with me to build a file on my previous experience and once completed, he submitted the file to Allstate and they came back with a quote of $1080.00 for six-months. A gigantic saving. Ted's people were great. Patient and hard working. I look forward to having Ted Todd as my insurance broker for the years to come.
